Responsible Gambling
Play for entertainment
Real-money gaming is entertainment, not a way to earn an income. Decide what you can afford before you play, and use the account controls available through our support team if gambling stops feeling manageable.
You must be 18 or meet the higher age of majority where you live, and may play only where online gaming is lawful. You are responsible for checking the law in your location. Before paying out, we verify you using identity evidence and a recent utility bill that bears your name.
Deposit limits
You can ask us to place a daily or monthly deposit limit on your account. Contact support by live chat or e-mail and tell us the limit you want. Base it on an amount you are comfortable spending over the chosen day or month.
We apply the limit after receiving your request and notify you by e-mail when it has been reached. To review, change or remove an existing limit, speak with support again through live chat or by e-mail.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion freezes your account for the period you select. Available periods are one week, one month, one year or permanent exclusion.
Start by contacting support through live chat or e-mail. We will help with the next steps and provide the form. Your account is frozen after you complete, sign and return it. For a fixed period, access can be restored only after that period ends and management has reviewed the decision.
Further help
If gambling is affecting you, outside support is available through Gambling Therapy. It provides practical and emotional help, self-assessment resources, self-help exercises, blocking and filtering tools, online groups and support forums for people affected by problem gambling internationally.
Our support team is available around the clock by live chat and e-mail to help with deposit limits or the self-exclusion process.
